Improve the Communication Pattern Mapping Dialog Box

Issues: After removing all instance mappings, the remove unit button remains disabled.

The mappings in the managing structure text box cannot be seen completely. When the dialog box is enlarged, the size of the text box remain the same. Is would be nice that is increases proportionally.

The width of the dialog buttons the other hand increases as the dialog width increases. Button width should be constant.

Capitalization of the labels is not consistent

Fixed. Also handled selection of elements after they are removed from a list and fixed enablement of buttons + cleanup other stuff.

Also the cancel button does not work.
