Wrong positioning of block associations when generating a graphical AVATAR specification

When generating an AVATAR graphic model from a specification, if multiple links exist between two blocks, these links are placed between the same two ports and thus appear superimposed on the graphic model. connectorPosition.xml

Cong drawer! Let's rework this drawing function.

The problem comes from this, in AvatarPanelDrawer:

p1 = b1.closerFreeTGConnectingPoint(b2.getX(), b2.getY(), false, true);

This looks for the closest connection point, regardless another one of the same block at the same position is already used.

Let's create a new function, called public TGConnectingPoint closerFreeTGConnectingPointNoOverlay in TGComponent

And let's use it, we not cong!
