Enhancing HTML traces output by the DIPLODOCUS simulator

Currently, HTML traces are too long when the simulation lasts long, even if there are not many transactions. Thu, that would be great to find a way to make simulation traces to be displayed by browser when the number of transactions is low, even if the overall simulation contains many cycles.
