Implement Project Management in TTool

We need to manage projects in TTool so that the files generatyed by the various analyses are stored along with the model file in a directory for the project. Right now, the files are always generated in the same directory and may be overriden when working on a different model. This is the case of the DIPLODOCUS simulator for instance.
