AI Countermeasures Generator Pipeline

First draft of the AI countermeasures pipeline has been established. This also includes the functionality for a user to create the countermeasures using the pipeline from an already existing attack tree diagram and also draw them into a new diagram once a user selects "Apply Response" from the JFrameAI window.
