The split_theme branch is merged
The if@option declaration seems correct now

no background color for the boxes that contain the section/subsection.

Like beamer split outer theme, added a header line with the list of
sections/subsections
TODO: see how we can add options to the theme to have a unique package!
Then merge with the master branch.

Trying to see if I can correct the rgb colors.

The colors seems to be wrong at least with evince; especially the red!

The title frame seems ok, see if text positionning is good.

I'm starting from a modified beamer theme whith the old Télécom
ParisTECH theme.
- I'm using pdflatex and the fonts are specified in the style file.
