Update on DSE generation: simulation and exploration should now better work: creation of new directories, adapted traces, better management of exceptions

Update on TTool package and adding probabilities to avatar transitions. Prob are still not working in automatd simulation mode e.g. next breakpoint

Update on how directories in avatar code generation are handled. config.xml files ahve been updated as well
