Updated attack tree gen pipeline to use 'motives' instead of 'objectives' for creating root attacks.

Finished adding some additional features to the newest version of the CAPEC tracer script like the checking of system specs to see if they contain enough information to trace capecs from.

Created new version of capec tracer functionality that uses SentenceTransformers library and a pretrained SentenceTransformer that originally is used for mapping CVEs to MITRE ATT&CKs but also works really well for mapping system specifications with CAPECs.
