refactored

- fixed the appearing rectangle when the pointer was on the text: it
used to have the same size no matter the zoom
- refactored the function internalDrawing of
AvatarMethodologydiagramName for more comprehension: I based my
refactoring on the TMLArchiCPUNode Internaldrawing function.

Moved most of the variables where they were used.
