AI Attack Tree Generator, Version 3

Finished adding the UI components to JFrame to allow users to select the number of ATs to create and the max depth of each one. However, there's a bug where when this pipeline is selected, the newly shown UI components will push the other components below down and will shrink the console to where you can't see the text inside the console.

Finished the AI AT pipeline version 3 which supports layers and creating a number of ATs. Currently working on updating JFrame to include the users setting the number of ats to create and max layers per at.

- Duplicate attack nodes were being drawn
- Attack nodes that were connectionless were not being drawn
- Operation nodes were sometimes being drawn as the wrong type

Fixed AT drawing functionality from AT class so that the diagrams include what the root attack is, the descriptions of each attack node, and the type of AttackNode.
