Null pointer exception when generating a AVATAR models featuring contained blocks from a dependency graph

When generating a graphic AVATAR model from a compact dependency graph, itself generated from a model featuring a chain of contained blocks B1>B2>...>Bn where only Bn has a non-empty SMD, if the SMD of Bn uses signals defined in Bn-1, only Bn and Bn-1 are reconstructed. However, if the SMD of Bn uses signals defined in Bi with i < n-1, a nullPointerException occurs. blockHierarchy.xml

Thanks for reporting this bug! The code does not check if the signal really exists when generating an action on a signal, when reconstructing the avatar model from the graph. Since the upper block is missing, the signal it declares is missing too, and so the reconstruction fails. So, I will investigate why the top block misses, probably due to optimization (it has no state machine, so its looks like optional to be put in the dependency graph).

I guess the solution is to remove blocks from optimizations when they declare signals, and have at least one connection.
