C code generation directory specified in TTool configuration file is not taken into account

Also the fields to enter the path where to generace and compile the code are not editable

Fixed. There was a mistake in the xml element that was named CcodeDirectory while CCodeDirectory was expected in the code. I changed the released config.xml file and made the fields editable.
