Adding new displaying option for timeline diagram (with and without reduce idle time) and Moving tests from ui.tml to tmltranslator

I have run all the tests on both my PC and Cadillac server and they all passed. So I recommend that you do the make clean before running all the tests on your computer. I also separated the DiplodocusDelayTest into 4 smaller tests and the time was decreased about 25% on my PC and Cadillac ( from ~20 min to 12-15 min).
